BETTY HORWILL ROSEBOWL COMPETITION

The Betty Horwill Rosebowl Competition was held today at Winnington. There were 16 entries. I will put the draw and results on the competition page when I receive the comp sheet from Carol Taylor who was kind enough to run this competition for me today.

I can tell you that the two losing semi finalists were Dot Barker & Stacy Linegar.

The runner up was Tamsin Birkett

The winner was Nicola Boulton

Congratulations to all four players who will receive prize money donated by George Horwill in memory of his wife Betty.

Fri May 19th

Just a reminder to everyone regarding the League Knockout Competition as I get frequent phone calls about this. The first and second rounds state "held on Monday 15th May or held on Monday 19th June" this is because the web will not allow me to put W/C (week commencing)  Your match may be on a Monday or a Tuesday depending when the venue chosen is available.

The correct date and day of your match will be on your knockout sheet when you receive it.

Many Thanks

Sue
